Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee applies for late cancellations, late arrivals and no show appointments and must be paid before another appointment will be rebooked. Please remember that while we are working we may be unable to answer phone calls or texts. Appointments arriving late must be started no later than 10 minutes after in order to finish on time and stay on schedule. A pattern of late arrivals, cancellations and no shows will be rebooked at our discretion. NOTE: brazilian sugaring services are booked every half hour so please be on time. We ask first time clients for all services to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment.
